		<description><![CDATA[Kudos for you though, for realizing this!!  Sometimes, I think that is half the battle.  Like you, I grew up in a home where anger wasn&#039;t managed all that well...and so was the hubby.  We also had the early challenge during our marriage that our coping strategies were completely opposite.  I think the work that we had to do to maintain our relationship over distance and stress (due to the military thing) has been the key in our actually realizing that we needed to work on how we would handle this with our children.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Love this....thank you for talking about what you do in your house as well because I find that often anger is delt with how the parents were taught to, and in my case that isn&#039;t well. My little girl has my temper and we end up either end of the house, steaming away for ages. I&#039;ve worked really hard to research the appropriate ways to dissipate anger but I&#039;m always so happy to hear someone talk about their approach. Work in progress here but hopefully I can break the anger cycle that has been going on for generations by learning and teaching.]]></description>
