I love ginger.

I love the hotly spicy, yumminess it adds to everything from gingerbread to a good stirfry.

But mostly, I love that ginger dispells morning sickness.

And that it goes into making a FANTASTIC glaze for baking salmon (which is good for baby).

Ginger Sauce

3 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon spicy brown or dijon mustard
3 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
sprinkling of cayenne pepper (optional)

Combine together till smooth, brush on while baking or grilling salmon…also makes a good stir fry sauce for veggies.
